WRONG SIZE, QUESTIONABLE QUALITY AND WRONG SHIPPING WEIGHT
Seller claims that the diameter is 13.1 ft (4m), after I received the blades I measured it and it is only 12.5 ft (381 cm). Seller still claims it is 13.
