Wind Power in Power Systems Reviews
THE BEST WIND POWER OVERVIEW I HAVE SEEN
I would compare this to Siegfried Heier's "Grid Integration of Wind Energy Conversion Systems."
On the whole, I think Ackermann's book is more comprehensive, although Heier is more complete on low level engineering. Frankly, I think the titles should be interchanged.

A GOOD BOOK ON WIND ENERGY INTEGRATION
This book is a collection of very good texts on wind energy covering several problems of the integration of wind energy(power) into the power system. From week grids to large power systems. Some models are presented and a very good revision on wind systems is also presented.
